A native of WNC, Rita received the REALTOR® of the Year in 2001 from the Brevard Board of Realtors.  Prior to her career in real estate, she was owner/instructor of a local music school for 29 years.  She’s a church musician, does music programs for many other functions and is registered in Washington as trainer for the US military bands.  In her spare time, Rita enjoys listening to music, gardening and hiking.
