BREVARD - Surrounded by the lofty peaks of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Brevard has come to be known as "Land of Waterfalls". The town became the gateway to one of Eastern America's outstanding natural playgrounds in 1920 when more than 90,000 acres of forestlands were designated as Pisgah National Forest and Game Reserve.

FLAT ROCK - The historic settlement of Flat Rock is the center from which there have grown the ties which so inseparably bind Western North Carolina to the low country of South Carolina.
FLETCHER - Fletcher is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. It lies between Asheville and Hendersonville in the northern portion of Henderson County. The Town of Fletcher was incorporated in June of 1989 and currently has a population of 4185. It encompasses five square miles and is 2112 feet above sea level.
HIGHLANDS - Being a day’s drive or less from most of the major metropolitan cities along the east coast, Highlands, Cashiers and their surrounding towns – Sapphire Valley, Lake Glenville, Scaly Mountain and Lake Toxaway - are convenient as second home and retirement communities as well as resort communities. Atlanta, Greenville, and Asheville are within two hours of these mountain jewels, making real estate the number one industry. LAKE GLENVILLE - Lake Glenville is the highest elevation lake East of the Mississippi River. With 1,450 acres at 3,500 feet in elevation, this lake is enjoyed year round by boating, swimming and fishing enthusiasts of all ages.
MARS HILL - Mars Hill has an elevation of 2,330 feet and has been called a "gem in the emerald ring of the hills surrounding it." The lofty peaks of Bailey Mountain, The Craggies, Pisgah and Max Patch rise above the town, and the fertile "hill" takes on the appearance of a secluded valley.
SAPPHIRE VALLEY - A 5,700 acre four-season Fairfield community resort, Sapphire Valley is tucked into the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina at an average elevation of 4,300 feet. The Tuckasegee River snakes through this area providing great fishing, boating and swimming for all ages. There are 3 pristine lakes to enjoy in this area – Wolf Lake, Bear Lake and Cedar Cliff Lake.
WEAVERVILLE - Weaverville is an incorporated town of 2,500, 10 minutes North of Asheville via I-26. Weaverville boasts excellent schools, a charming downtown with restaurants, deli, old timey drug store with fountain, wonderful library and a community spirit all its own. Being the most desirable location to live in the Asheville area as it is close to everything, Weaverville is quiet, mountainous with views and very little traffic.
